UPDATED: Updated to include Q2 planner PDF.
There is something great about starting the first of the year off on the first day of the week. Most recently I have been using a Digital Day Planner PDF version of the Full Focus Planner Templates with a few modifications:
- I created active hyperlinks that allow you to jump from the particular day page to the weekly review and back, so that you do not have to change documents. I have found this to incentivize reviewing weekly goals more frequently. Just double tap on the underlined words.
- I pre-populated the calendar days, as this was somewhat tedious to fill out each week. I will now create new PDFs on a quarterly basis with pre-populated dates.
- I created a habits section, so that you can map out and track habits on a weekly basis. I found that I was not reviewing the ritual pages often enough, or the habit trackers, and wanted to keep habits top of mind.
- I have removed ritual checklist items on pages (see above bullet) and increased the size of the calendar as I found an 8-5 calendar did not accommodate early morning workouts and breakfast/dinners to.
